Tuesdays, Awakening the Body and Mind with Breath and Sound
6:30 to 8 pm July 10th to August 21* (7 weeks): $112 
This 1.5 hour weekly class will incorporate asana practice with sound, breath, mantras, and affirmations—followed by a short meditation. 
Yoga Philosophy Lecture on July 24th; weekly students welcome to attend along with the public.  
Location: Inward Bound Yoga, Friends Meeting House, 1420 Hill Street, Ann Arbor.

Wednesdays, BARPS Method Yoga: Aligning Body, Breath and Mind, 
6:30 to 8 pm July 11-August 22nd (7 weeks): $112 
This 1.5 hour weekly class features the BARPS yoga method developed by Navtej that progressively involves the processes of Bracing, Aligning, Rotation of joints, Poising of breath/attention, and Stretching in asana. 
Location: Inward Bound Yoga, Friends Meeting House, 1420 Hill Street, Ann Arbor.

Thursdays: BARPS Method Yoga 
6:45 to 7:45 pm, July 5 -August 16 (7 weeks): $91
The BARPS yoga method developed by Navtej that progressively involves the processes of Bracing, Aligning, Rotation of joints, Poising of breath/attention, and Stretching in asana. 
Location:  Phoenix Center, 220 S. Main Street, Downtown Ann Arbor.
